With signed, handwritten letter from the Author, dated 1909, pertaining to comments/complaints made by the recipient. Pencil ticks to List of Illustrations. Folding map slightly creased and repaired on reverse. Occasional light foxing, mainly to prelims and untrimmed foredge. Spine and board edges rather rubbed and slight soiling to boards. Gilt titles to spine rather dulled. Light wear to top and base of spine and corners. A Good Copy.
